You can work miracles with words and the right approach. It is very important to build and maintain a good and healthy relationship with your buyers and build trust. Your reputation as a seller and your success will depend on this. Once the deal is successfully closed, you as a seller and all joined buyers enter into a legally binding contract. It is very important for you as a seller, to honor this agreement, since it will result in positive feedback from your buyers.


Start by respecting all the rules that apply on Dealstocker, like selling only new products, accurately describing them, sending them in time and in good condition etc. Doing so, you will automatically minimize or even eliminate any possibility of misunderstandings that could ultimately result in a dispute.


Furthermore, always respond to any questions from your buyers and provide as many information as possible. Do this promptly and courteously before or during the joining process, and save yourself possible inconvenience when closing the deal. If however, should it end in a dispute, always give your best to resolve any problems quickly. Also be calm, understanding, get right to the point of the problem, do not ever judge your buyer by his personality, propose a solution to your problem, be flexible and act by the law!
