After deal was closed successfully and seller received and processed your payment, your delivery time countdown starts. Time limits are defined by the delivery times published by the seller under each listing.

 

Receiving your items

Here is what you should know about delivery and receiving your items:

 

  • Sellers are legally obliged to deliver their goods (items) to their buyers within listed delivery time.
  • Delivery time countdown starts after seller received and processed your payment. Read our Delivery policy to learn more.
  • Always check the content of the package if the items you received are in the good condition, match the description, are satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose.
  • You accept the goods if you are satisfied with what you got, you keep them for more than a reasonable time or you tell your seller that you accept them. Read our Return and refund policy to learn more.
  • You do not accept the goods if they are faulty and do not match the description, are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose. In this case you can issue a full refund. Read our Return and refund policy and Returns and refunds section to learn more.
  • You should always receive a valid invoice from your seller.

 

If you do not receive your items

  • According to our Delivery policy, sellers are legally obliged to deliver their goods (items) to their buyers within listed delivery time.
  • If you didn’t receive your items within listed delivery time, contact your seller via email, seller’s profile or otherwise and ask him, what went wrong. In most cases, buyers forget to pay or they lose their invoices so check your payment again. Sometimes payment information is wrong etc. You would be surprised how much you can achieve with nice words.
  • Check the tracking number you received from your seller in an email when the deal was closed successfully. Contact the carrier and check if the goods were shipped. It happens, that the goods were shipped as agreed, but something went wrong with the shipment. So check!
  • Contact your seller and ask for proof, that the goods were shipped as agreed.
  • If you cannot contact your buyer or he still refuses to deliver your goods, find the reason why. It is possible, he didn’t receive your payment (not by his fault) or you paid less then agreed.
  • The delivery time countdowns starts from the day, the seller receives payment from an individual buyer. So if you still didn’t pay for your item it’s probably waiting for you in seller’s warehouse. When seller receives your payment, the listed delivery countdown for you will start.
  • If the seller recognized that he will not be able to meet his delivery time deadline, he is obliged to contact all buyers before the expiry of deadline and inform them.
  • If you haven’t received your items within listed delivery time, do not panic yet. Sellers have the statutory 30 days time limit, to deliver his goods to you, from the day he received your payment.
  • If the seller does not deliver his goods within the delivery time he stated in his listing but does so within the statutory time limits of 30 days, you can contact us and we will penalize the seller and lower his seller rating.
  • If the seller does not deliver within statutory 30 days from receiving you payment or does not deliver at all, contact us and we will blacklist seller’s username and terminate his account immediately. This is also a direct violation of applicable laws and distance selling regulations and will be sanctioned accordingly by authorized agencies and law enforcement.
  • If this is not the case, you can start to legally pursue the buyer. Contact us for assistance.
  • Dealstocker does not and will not mediate, collect payments or otherwise prosecute sellers. We will take actions within our abilities and according to our terms and conditions, agreements and policies and terminate buyer’s membership.
  • In a case of fraud, you are obliged to contact the police and inform them about the situation. We will fully cooperate with any investigation.

 

Shipping options

Before you join the deal please make sure, that the seller ships to your country. All countries seller ships to are displayed and bolded in this section. If he does not, you will not be able to join the deal or will have to change your delivery address.

Changing your delivery address

To be able to join the deal, your delivery address must be registered in the country the seller ships to and is therefore listed and bolded in this section. If you are not able to join the deal (the grey “What to do?” button appears), the sellers doesn’t ship to your country.

 

If you have any other option, like a friend or a family member for example, that lives in the country seller ships to, you can still join the deal by simply changing your delivery address.

To change your delivery address, go to your profile -> profile settings -> delivery address. You should be able to join the deal!

Changing your delivery address is not possible

Because of our Joining policy, changing your delivery address might not be possible if you are already joined to one or more deals. If this is the case, the…

 

“Because you are currently joined to one or more deals, you are not able to change country settings. Wait until all deals are closed. Learn more

 

…alert message will appear. This is due to the fact that if you would change the country setting to be able to join this particular deal, this could affect deals you are already joined to thus changing the terms and conditions under which you joined them. For example: Buyer form UK is already joined to a deal that ships to UK and want’s to join another deal, that ships to Germany only. To be able to join this deal, he must change his country settings from UK to Germany. Doing so, the shipping address for the first deal is no longer valid, since he would not be able to join the deal in the first place.

 

You can however change your delivery address once all deals you are joined to are closed.

Delivery options

Sellers are legally obliged to deliver their goods (items) within listed delivery time. The delivery time countdowns starts from the day, the seller receives payment from an individual buyer. For example: If 10 buyers are joined to the deal and 9 of them pay their items immediately, their delivery time countdown starts immediately. The 10th buyer pays after 3 days. In his case, the delivery time for him starts 3 days after the deal was closed.
